About the Role Our client is looking for an exceptional Principal Electrical Engineer to join their globally distributed team, working entirely remotely. You will be a key contributor to our cutting-edge initiatives, working from anywhere in the UK. Key Responsibilities - Provide expert technical leadership and strategic direction for complex electrical engineering projects. - Develop innovative and efficient designs for advanced electrical systems, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Conduct in-depth analysis, simulations, and feasibility studies for novel electrical concepts and technologies. - Mentor and guide other engineers on the team, fostering best practices and technical growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product management, and stakeholders through virtual channels. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
