Role Description To Manage and Priorities breakdowns ensuring that all work is carried out quickly and effectively. To co-ordinate the work of engineers, ensuring all reports and records are completed correctly and issued within the correct timescales. Assist in the Performance management of the team. To Ensure the achievements of the Engineering KPIs and targets are met. Mentor and support the team. Assist in the development of the Engineering department to enable the business to grow. To ensure all company procedures and rules are adhered to and issues are dealt with fairly, promptly, and consistently. To ensure all plant and equipment are maintained and kept operational and safe. Quick response to breakdowns and its rectification, ensuring that all work is carried out in an effective and safe manner. Ensure all reports and records are completed correctly and issued within the correct timescales.Skills and Qualifications Good Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Knowledge gained within an FMCG environment. Time Served, NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical Engineering Qualifications Self-managed and able to influence others to gain their maximum performance. Experience with projects is highly…
