For colleges and training providers

Advertise trade apprenticeships on UK Trade Jobs

Create a free provider account, add your organisation and submit paid apprenticeship vacancies for review.

Standard provider apprenticeship adverts are free. No card or website backlink is needed.

From provider profile to published vacancy

  1. Create your account. Use your work email and follow the confirmation steps. If you already have a UK Trade Jobs employer account, sign in with it.
  2. Claim or add your organisation. Add your trades, training areas and intake information. We review the public details and your authority to represent the provider.
  3. Submit an apprenticeship. Once your provider profile is approved, add the employer’s paid vacancy. Each advert and later edit is reviewed before publication.

Have a vacancy ready?

Bring the hiring employer’s name, work location, confirmed pay wording, apprenticeship level, start and closing dates, application destination and a public source for the advert. You must have the employer’s permission to advertise it.

Training courses and expressions of interest belong on your provider profile. The vacancy form is for genuine paid apprenticeships.

Common questions

Does creating an account publish my profile?

No. Your organisation details and authority are reviewed first. Vacancy submissions have a separate review.

Do I have to link back to UK Trade Jobs?

No. A backlink is not required to create your provider profile.

Can I advertise a course as an apprenticeship job?

Use your provider profile for course and intake information. A vacancy needs to be a genuine paid apprenticeship with a named hiring employer.
