Overview In this role you will lead the internal fit-out of a prestigious residential and student accommodation development in Camden, coordinating multiple units from first to final fix. You will work within a delivery team to ensure quality, programme, and handover readiness, driving snagging, defects management, and close collaboration with design and site teams. The opportunity combines high-end finishes with complex, multi-trade coordination on a landmark project. You will influence project outcomes through meticulous site management and safety adherence. Pay / Benefits - up to £65,000 basic salary - annual bonus - private healthcare - company pension - 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day fit-out and finishing activities across multiple units - Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site operatives - Oversee works from 1st fix through to 2nd fix and final completion - Coordinate trades (MEP, drylining, ceilings, carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decoration) - Ensure works meet quality, programme, and specification - Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity - Collaborate with Project Manager, Design Team, and wider site team - Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain high standards - Manage snagging, de-snagging, and defects through to completion - Ensure units are completed to standard and ready for handover - Maintain accurate site records and report progress - Identify and resolve construction issues to protect programme - Ensure works comply with health & safety requirements - Attend site meetings and provide progress updates Key requirements - Proven experience as Site Manager in residential construction or high-end fit-out - Strong experience managing internal finishes and residential units - Understanding of 1st fix, 2nd fix, snagging, and handover - Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades - Strong organisational and communication skills - Keen eye for quality and attention to detail - SMSTS and CSCS - strong communication - attention to detail - organisational skills - construction site management - subcontractor coordination - quality control and snagging
