Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients. What’s in it for you? - Competitive Salary - £51,261 per annum - Company van and fuel card – with personal use available from day one - Door-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home - 25 days annual leave , plus bank holidays - Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings – All overtime is paid as time and a half - Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same. What We’re Looking For Essential: - Valid UK driver’s license - Refrigeration engineering experience - F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) - CO2 Qualification - Supermarket refrigeration experience - Excellent communication and time management - A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness Additional info: - The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday - On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks Why join Arcus: We’re an award-winning facilities management provider that values expertise and commitment.
