Job Description: Location: North East Wales, Wirral & Cheshire Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum DOE Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Benefits: Company Van + Fuel Card The Role JLE Selections are currently recruiting for an experienced General Electrician to carry out EICR testing and electrical inspection work across domestic properties throughout North East Wales, Wirral and Cheshire. We're looking for a qualified electrician who is confident working independently, completing thorough electrical inspections and producing accurate, compliant reports. Key Responsibilities - Carry out EICR testing and electrical inspections on domestic properties - Identify electrical defects, faults and areas of non-compliance - Complete accurate EICR certificates and associated documentation - Carry out remedial electrical works where required - Diagnose and resolve electrical faults - Work safely and in line with current electrical regulations - Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service - Ensure all work is completed correctly and efficiently Essential Requirements- Fully qualified electrician - 18th Edition - Inspection & Testing qualification - Proven experience carrying out EICR testing - Strong knowledge of BS 7671 - Able to diagnose electrical faults and identify defects - Good understanding of domestic electrical installations - Full UK driving licence - Professional approach to customers and quality of work - Strong commitment to health and safety Desirable - Experience working within social housing or housing association environments - Experience carrying out remedial electrical works - Experience with domestic electrical installations - NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation / AM2 - Experience working to client compliance and quality standards What's on Offer - £35,000–£45,000 per annum DOE - Company van - Fuel card - Full-time permanent employment - Consistent work across North East Wales, Wirral & Cheshire - Long-term career opportunities If you're an experienced electrician with strong EICR and inspection & testing experience, we want to hear from you.
