Site Manager - Data Centre Site Based - Manchester £450-£550 per day Outside of IR35 8 Month Duration We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Site Manager to own the operational site footprint, coordinate elite engineering subcontractors, and lead the technical commissioning of world-class mission-critical infrastructure. This will be working on a high profile CNI build in Manchester. If you thrive in high-stakes environments where downtime isn't an option, this is your next playground. Your Mission Own the Site: Act as the ultimate on-site authority for the client, overseeing day-to-day operations, vendor performance, and strict H&S adherence during the pre-ops and commissioning phases. Master the Infrastructure: Supervise the rollout and testing of high-density 40MW electrical systems, UPS, switchgear, closed-loop cooling architectures, and HVO backup generators. Subcontractor Symphony: Coordinate seamlessly with master engineering consultants, main contractors, and specialist electrical/mechanical installers.
