The role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and general maintenance duties, ensuring site facilities and equipment remain safe, operational and maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical maintenance background, ideally supported by an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plumbing, and excellent customer service skills. This is an immediate-start opportunity on an initial 20-week temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent at a salary of £48,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site. * Undertake general mechanical maintenance and plumbing repairs. * Identify faults and carry out reactive maintenance when required. * Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any issues. * Deliver a professional, client-focused maintenance service. * Respond to maintenance requests and minimise disruption to site operations. * Participate in an on-call rota, covering two weeks at a time.
