Due to continued growth within our Critical Infrastructure division, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Pipefitter to join our delivery team, supporting the installation of mechanical building services systems within data centre and critical infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the UK's most technically challenging and high-profile data centre projects while developing your career within a growing and successful organisation. Role Purpose The Mechanical Pipefitter will be responsible for the installation, modification, testing and commissioning support of mechanical pipework systems associated with data centre cooling and critical infrastructure environments. The successful candidate will work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, Design Engineers and commissioning teams to deliver high-quality mechanical installations safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Installation of chilled water, condenser water, heating and low-temperature hot water pipework systems. Installation and modification of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and plastic pipework systems. Installation of pipe supports, brackets, frameworks and containment systems.
