Electrical Installation Trainer (Training into Teaching) £35,000 - £45,000 + Funded Teaching Qualifications + Teachers' Pension + 41 Days Holiday + Additional Benefits Birmingham (Commutable from: Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, West Bromwich, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Tamworth, Redditch) Are you a qualified Electrician with experience in coaching, mentoring, training or teaching, looking to move into education in a role where you can pass on your knowledge and gain your teaching qualifications alongside an excellent benefits package? In this role you will plan and deliver engaging sessions, develop learning materials (including digital resources), assess and track learner progress, and provide academic and pastoral support as a Personal Tutor. You will also support recruitment activity including open days and promotional events.
