Commercial Heating Engineer Location: Godalming Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Closing date: 27th of October 2026 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Heating Engineer to join our growing and supportive team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager (M&E), the Commercial Heating Engineer will Provide a high-quality commercial and domestic heating engineering service across the Charterhouse estate, undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, fault diagnosis, repairs and installation works, while providing key technical and operational support to the M&E Manager. Overall Responsibilities Heating, Plumbing and Maintenance * Carry out a broad range of commercial and domestic heating engineering works across the Charterhouse estate and associated properties, including planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault diagnosis, repairs and installation works. * Undertake plumbing maintenance, repairs and associated works as required. * Maintain the relevant and current trade qualifications, registrations and competencies necessary to undertake the duties of the role safely and to the required professional standard. * Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Gas Safe requirements, water regulations and all relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards, applying these consistently in the delivery of all work. * Undertake appropriate general maintenance and non-specialist tasks, where required, to support the effective operation of the wider Estates Department. * Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Estates Department, taking direction from the Maintenance Manager and, where appropriate, supporting other Estates managers and teams.
