Multi Trade Operative - Exeter Area We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade who will provide a maintenance service on social housing properties in the Exeter area. Role Details/ Benefits: £41,000 van and fuel card Temp to perm, 12 weeks 25 days holiday bank holidays Other company benefits including Life Assurance, Eye Tests, Competitive Pension Scheme, Lifestyle Benefits Multiskilled Operative Day to Day: All aspects of maintenance work in properties, mainly carpentry but you will need to be able to do other trades to a good level as well Dealing with customers, being polite and professional Driving a company van safely and responsibly Following a spec to complete works Reporting to your Supervisor Multiskilled Operative Requirements: Good multi-trade experience Carpentry qualification or 10 years DBS - will be completed prior to start Good attitude Honest and reliable This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to continue their multi trade career with a busy company working in Exeter.
